- Everything you give us stays in the EU.
- We use it for one thing: making your CVs. Never advertising, never resale, never training AI models.
- Export it or delete it whenever you like — deletion is self-serve in Settings.
- Payments go through Stripe; we never see or store your card.
What we hold
- Account: your email address and a sign-in credential managed by Google Cloud Identity Platform. We never see or store your password.
- Career data you give us: uploaded CVs, pasted LinkedIn or portfolio text, written summaries, and your answers to profile questions. From these we extract structured facts; every fact keeps a reference to the exact place in your text it came from.
- Generated CVs: the documents you create, kept in your library until you delete them.
- Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We store your credit balance and transaction history; card details never touch our systems.
- Job adverts you paste when tailoring a CV, kept with the resulting generation.
How we use it
To build your profile, generate and restyle your CVs, and answer your support requests. Generating a CV involves sending your career data to large-language-model providers (currently Anthropic) under contracts that forbid using your data to train their models. We keep operational traces of these calls for debugging and quality, hosted in the EU, with contact details masked.
Where it lives
Our systems run on Google Cloud in London (europe-west2). Payment data lives with Stripe. Operational traces live with Langfuse in the EU.
Your rights
- See and correct: your profile page shows every fact we hold and lets you confirm, edit or delete each one. Your word is final.
- Export: email us and we will send you a complete copy of your data in a machine-readable format within 30 days (usually much faster).
- Delete: email us and we will erase your account, profile, sources and CVs. Transaction records are retained only as long as UK accounting law requires, with personal content removed.

Cookies
Only what sign-in requires (Identity Platform session state) and a small local preference store. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click.
Truthfulness, since you ask
The same mechanism that protects your privacy protects your reputation: the system cannot put a claim on your CV that does not trace to something you gave us or confirmed. Nothing is invented on your behalf.
